Dear Lacrosse Parents!

Park Youth Lacrosse is very excited to announce that registration for the 2023 Spring Season is now open!

Once again we will have travel teams competing at all levels:  7/8 Boys, 7/8 Girls, 5/6 Boys, 5/6 Girls, 3/4 Boys, & 3/4 Girls

We will also have our "Future Laxers" clinics for both Boys & Girls where young athletes will have 13 practices to learn the great game of lacrosse!

Sign up your son or daughter before January 16, 2023 and you will receive an EARLY BIRD discount!

2023 Boys Future Laxers Rookie Clinic for 1st & 2nd grade (Full Pads)

Players in 1st grade must have participated in Future Laxers Clinic before progressing to the Rookie Clinic.
 

This is registration for an entry-level, in-town instructional lacrosse clinic offered to 1st and 2nd grade boys in which players will use traditional lacrosse equipment (helmet, shoulder pads, arm pads and gloves).  Players will participate in basic skills practice such as catching, throwing, cradling and shooting and play in small-sided games.  The program consists of the following:

  • 13 one-hour clinic sessions.
  • Two sessions per week; one Wednesday early evening and one Saturday over a 7 week period.
  • The Saturday sessions will be scheduled for early afternoons to minimize schedule conflicts with other sports.
  • The practices will occur at the Elm Street Facility in Florham Park.

We will continue to have dedicated experienced coaches.  Sessions will run 1 hour where we will provide a fun environment for kids to develop basic lacrosse skills.

The players in this clinic are required to have their own stick, helmet, shoulder pads, elbow pads, gloves and mouthpiece.  The registration fee includes a Florham Park Lacrosse pratice pinnie.

In Grades: 1 to 2 for 2022-23 School year

2023 Boys Future Laxers Clinic for 1st grade, K and Pre-K (No Pads)

This registration is for an introduction to lacrosse clinic designed for boys (Pre-K, K and 1st grade). Players will use sticks and (gloves preferred) and softer balls as they learn basic skills such as catching, throwing, cradling and scooping and participate in small-sided games.  If this is your son's first lacrosse clinic, he must start in this clinic.  The program consists of the following:

  • 13 one-hour clinic sessions.
  • Two sessions per week; one Wednesday early evening and one Saturday over a 7 week period.
  • The Saturday sessions will be scheduled for early afternoons to minimize schedule conflicts with other sports.
  • The practices will occur at the Elm Street Facility in Florham Park.

We will continue to have dedicated experienced coaches.  Sessions will run 1 hour where we will provide a fun environment for kids to develop basic lacrosse skills.

The players in this clinic are required to have their own stick.  Gloves are not required, but are recommended.
