Both boys and girls need mouth guards.  The boy’s lax clinic requires a stick and mouth piece, gloves are optional but recommended. The girl’s lax clinic requires a stick, goggles and a mouth piece.

Clinics
The Park Youth Lacrosse does not align itself with any particular fee-based lacrosse clinic or league. However, by clicking on the “Camps Clinics, Elite Programs” button you will find a list of these programs to use for your own purposes. The Park Youth Lacrosse may hold our own clinics for our members, and if so, we will provide the information on this website or you will be emailed by the coaches of your team.
